Approach
Through Solvegg Collective, I offer a welcoming space that is both grounded in relational theory. Specifically, I view clinical material through a relational, multi-cultural and integrated lense as a supervisor and therapist. I invite clinicians to use the interventions and framework they are most comfortable with using and I will guide supervision using a relational frame as the relationship is often the common denominator for healing.
What to Expect
You can expect a highly professional, ethical, collaborative partnership. I show up with professional expertise, humbleness, empathy, and a commitment to your goals. You will find that I value directness, warmth, and cheer the courage it takes to pursue growth. I encourage both supervisees and fully licensed clinicians to reflect within to notice what thoughts, feelings, reactions are bubbling up for them in relation to the case material.
Tools
Some tools we may use include general case presentations, process recordings, videos, clinical and ethical questions and during some supervision sessions we will go with what shows up in the room that day. Individual supervision and consults will include collaborative customized plans to help you achieve your goals.
Dedication to your clinical growth
I offer a variety of resources for supervisee's and those seeking consults. The material I have created includes resources, and a variety of small guides on topics relevent for clinicians. I plan to continue to expand on the material I have created based on topics important to both my supervisees and those seeking consults.
Leadership
I have experience leading clinicians for the past 10 years. First as a team lead and team consultant at Walk-In Counseling Center in Minneapolis, and now as a full-time clinical director and clinical supervisor since 2022 for an agency based in Minnesota.
Licensure Readiness
It is important to me that you understand the journey towards licensure and making sure you understand the application requirements ahead of time to insure a flawless process and you are maintaining a system of tracking the things you need to track.
